The technical progress of the M-346 aircraft in use entails the need to permanently use proven instruments that reduce the level of risk in the process of their operation. At the same time, it is crucial to search for optimal preventive tools and to determine the actual safety levels of the operation process.
Human activity, as well as the new systems created, will in no way ensure error-free operation and the elimination of all lurking threats. It can be concluded that the presented number of potential errors of aircraft operating personnel indicates the complexity of the maintenance (service) process. In the past, circumstances occurred many times, even during the standard performance of duties, in which an error or violation of applicable regulations and/or procedures occurred.
Reducing potential errors related to the maintenance process of M-346 aircraft required the involvement of appropriately trained technical personnel. Therefore, the purpose of the material is to evaluate the preparation of engineering and aviation service personnel to operate M-346 Bielik aircraft.
